THE MaxHD RELINE PROCESS Every brake shoe goes through a rigorous, quality-driven workflow: • Incoming Core Inspection – Brake shoes are evaluated under the strictest industry guidelines to determine if they qualify for relining. • Cleaning & Preparation – Approved cores are cleaned, stripped of worn linings, and prepared for processing. • Shot Blasting – Each shoe is blast-cleaned to ensure a proper bonding surface and maximize adhesion. • Multiple Inspections – Quality checks occur at key stages to ensure integrity before moving to the next step. • Armor Blue Coating – Our exclusive Armor Blue finish provides superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. • Precision Riveting – Shoes are riveted to MaxHD’s exact standards for heavy-duty performance. • Final Inspection – Each reline is individually examined again before returning to the customer as a dependable, high-performance MaxHD Brake. • Boxing and Hardware – MaxHD Brake Stop Boxes include high-quality brake hardware to ensure your MaxHD reline delivers maximum life, strength, and wheel-end performance right out of the box.
